NOTE!!! There is PROBLEM with this book. The second half of the book is complete BULLSHIT - the author begins to advocate BORROWING and using loans. Ignore this second part. I would hope most of you would have the brains [moran] to figure that out, but still.

Yuppies trying to sell their houses like crazy in Philly -- but no luck.
you can COUNT on real reports by me... again REAL REALITY news... I will keep you updated on my clients, "competition" and the sheep in general....
the BIG thing i can report on here is the number of FOR SALE signs on houses.. this means one thing: they're not selling. and of course they wont... Im studying them too see if they're any increases and how much and at what times and in what hoods... also i keep en eye on hispter and yuppie moral... ive noticed LESS hipsters and yuppies about...
at the height of it all it was unbearable.. there was something they called 'first Fridays' here.. where both the yupps and hipsters would come to see HORRIBLE fake art in storefront 'galleries' in the old gayborhood/redlight district turned 'loft district' (LOL) , to sip wine, and pretend like they knew how to gauge wine as well as differnt varieties of cheese.. all in an effort to masqurade as eclectic and 'cultured' and 'traveled' and 'openminded' and 'risk taking' 'bohemians' or FAUX-HEMIANS ...lol...
barefoot hipsters playing gutiars in the street.. anyway my point was that is was BAD!
It is getting better the first fridays are DONE/ OVER all gone... and ive noticed less hipsters downtown
yuppies too are keeping a low profile.... one of 'white peoples' worse flaws is their inability to admit they are in trouble (financially) so it feels kinds quiet out.... you know...?
Like they are going out pretending to have fun, but you can see on their faces that they go home and bicker to their mate about the bills and 'how they're going to keep their inflated house that wont sell worth a damn'
the local PPV (Pussy to Property Value) however is STILL too high.. it hasnt reached the plateau of the downside... I was at a local meat-market on saturday however and there was about 70% women in there.. however they STILL seemed to play the Beyonce game and act like divas.... I suspect this of course to get better... once the 'desirable houses' turn into foreclosure alley, the PPV will drop due to them seeing no pot of gold any longer at the end of the rainbow.
As mentioned business is tightening - leverage people are going under... people that don't have debt are still in it...
While I don't go to the 'fu fu' secton of Olde City, I hear from the local cabbies that 'things are DEAD' even on saturdays... lol I would tend to agree with $9 beers and $15 cocktails and $20 covercharges for 'lounges' in this economy. These are the local rumblings i see hear and feel right now.. but the MAJOR thing is the noticable "FOR SALE" signs poping up on every other block... I only used to see this in the papers when relating to a place like Florida, AZ, or Cali... but here it is in Philly... and I believe "white mans disease" is at play among the local yupp who are secretly probably on the verge of a homicidal rampage right now for coming into the reality of a fucking $400,00 mortgage!!! LOL (MORANS!!! HAHAH!!! doh!!!)
I'll keep you posted.
